6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Technical and analytical data are automatically deleted after 180 days.
  • E-mail and contact data are stored until your inquiry has been processed or until you request deletion.
  • If you have given consent for ongoing communication, we will store your e-mail address until you withdraw consent.
  • Data subject to legal retention periods will be deleted immediately after the statutory retention time expires.

Once the purpose of processing ceases to exist, we erase or anonymize all personal data according to Art. 17 GDPR (“Right to Erasure”).
